The opportunity is open for you to join SMART  KIDS The Center for Early Childhood Education which is one of growing entity of One Smart Holdings, Makola. we are looking for suitable individual to work with the teaching staff in the capacity of Assistant Teacher.

Roles and responsibilities

• Main responsibility will be teaching & guiding the little ones as per the Smart Kids Early Childhood Development curriculum.
• Use good communication skills and utilize strong time management to complete tasks within deadlines.
• Planning & implementing new teaching techniques and making the environment play & activity based.
• Work with minimal supervision to independently complete tasks
• Should be a good team player, with the ability to guide the entire team for a defined objective

Experience, Qualifications & Skills.

You should have,

• Certificate or Diploma in Pre-School or Early Childhood Development is mandatory 

Better If You Have,

• Good written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to use new technologies (Computers, Laptops, smartphones etc..)
• Skills in singing, reciting and playing musical instruments.
• Should be creative and artistic in day to day work with children. 
• Experience in related capacity would be an added advantage.
